Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When you upgrade, you'll be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the billing period. When you downgrade, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and PayPal. For Team plans, we also offer invoicing with net-30 terms.
Is srk9 open source?
Yes! The core srk9 toolkit is fully open source under the MIT license. Pro and Team plans provide additional cloud features and support, but the codebase remains transparent and open for contributions.
Do you offer student or educational discounts?
